About Me

My name is Koby Howat, and hockey has been at the center of my life for the past 20 years. I first laced up skates at the age of three and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I’m studying Exercise Science and Physiology at Plymouth State University with one goal: to help young athletes reach their full potential, both on and off the ice.

Through my own career I was faced with setbacks, injuries, and tough lessons. I was always wanting to gain an edge over my competition and set myself apart. I learned to appreciate the value of training smarter, fueling properly, and building mental toughness. Now, I coach the next generation of players to do the same: to move better, eat with purpose, and compete with confidence.

Every athlete is different and no two paths are the same. That’s why I take a personalized approach to training. Whether it’s tailoring workouts to your position, designing nutrition strategies around your lifestyle, or helping you reset mentally after a tough game, everything is built with your goals in mind.

Because at the end of the day, it comes down to one thing: How bad do you want it?
